Atlético Madrid are interested in Jordi Alba's services, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Spanish champions want to get rid of him.
The defender is the undisputed legend of FC Barcelona, whose contract expires on June 30, 2024. He himself has so far declared his desire to stay at the Camp Nou, but if the opportunity arises, the Spanish champions will be happy to get rid of him.
The interest himself is said to be positive about Atlético Madrid, so that could be helpful in the context of a potential deal.
Another option for Alba is Al-Hilal. Here, however, much depends on whether his friend, Lionel Messi, will also be there.
